SECHEEP Móvil: An Efficient Mobile Application for Managing Power Supply
SECHEEP Móvil is a free Android application developed by SECHEEP, the Provincial Energy Company of Chaco. This app is designed to help users manage their power supply efficiently. With this app, users can manage their claims for lack of power supply, view their supply account statement, pay their invoice online, callLUZ, associate more than one supply to this application, and stay updated with news related to the service and the company.
The app is authorized to access certain functions of the user's mobile phone. It can establish a communication with the company's 0800 by clicking on the "Customer Service" image found in the main menu. When a claim is submitted, information on the phone's identification number will be attached to be contacted by the company if necessary. The app also requires internet access to perform functions such as customer/supply validation, account statements, claims, and news updates.
